Our Mission

When Blitzworld build any imported vehicles we are allways updating them to suit our strict safety requirements as we are a registered car manufacture who comply with VOSA regulations. For this vehicle we have decided to go the next step and completly do all the safety and styling that we know are necessary to make the buggy the best it can with improved safety so that a bigger range of people can saftly drive it.

The NEW 2018 Blitzworld Buggies bb1-170R is Blitzworlds own version of the popular Hammerhead buggy. We have stripped the buggy down to the chassis and competly rebuilt the buggy upgrading parts to make one of the best kids / adults buggy available on the market today.

The buggy boasts, a vibrant orange paintwork with a spekle finish allowing it to shine in the sunlight. Carbon fibre effect panels offering the contrast to the bright orange. Upgraded seats with matching vinile trim to compliment the buggy look.

Chassis

The chassis has being transformed to a very vibrent orange powder coat with a sparkle laquer finish to give a shine in the sun light. The brush cage has the side shoulder bars offering added protection in the event of a roll over.

Fixings

All bodywork fixings have being changed to dome head stainless steel bolts with nylock nuts for safety and improved looks.

Seats & Belts

The seats have being completly re upohlstered and colour matched to the buggy to give that striking look. The buggy is also fitted with the Blitzworld own seat runners offering 200mm movement allowing a child as young as 8 years to drive safetly (can be eaisly restricted for younger drivers). The buggy is also fitted with our popular 4 strap British race harness with colour coded shoulder pads.

The Blitzworld Safety Harness goes over you shoulders and buckles on your waist as a conventional 4 strap race Harness and does not drag on the ground like other cheap seat belts.

Engine

For the bb1 we have decided to uprate the engine and we now have a 170cc engine, with uprated exhaust and air filter and colour coded matching panels.

Suspension

The supension on the buggy has being uprated to new custom shock front and rear to give better handling

Controls

The buggy is now fitted with a NEW LED dash pod showing speed and rpm. The steering wheel has also being upgraded to a mono racing wheel to give that extra feel to the handling.

Blitzworld seat modification allows shorter children to drive the buggy. The Blitzworld seat mod moves the seat forward another 100mm allowing a distance of 800mm from the redal to the back of the seat, and return to its original position. The upgrade allows a seat movement of 200mm (standard movement is 100mm).
